All apartments offer individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning/heating units allowing you to regulate the apartment temperature for your own comfort.  The units are operated from the control panel located by the front door. In 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments, it is also located by the bedroom and front door.

To operate, press the ON button. Select the desired temperature using the UP and DOWN arrows. Please do not leave balcony doors open whilst air conditioning is on, or use a temperature setting below 20, as the unit will freeze and become non-operational. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving your apartment.

Alarm clock is located on the bedside table. If you require assistance, please contact Reception. A radio is built into your clock radio.

Balconies available for 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments only.

We recommend that you keep your balcony doors locked for security when you are not in the apartment and also at night time.

Please do not leave balcony doors open whilst air conditioner is on, as doors are equipped with energy saving sensor of which, will switch off your aircon/heating.

Coffee and tea making facilities are available in your kitchen and are replenished during your advised housekeeping services, except for Sundays and Public Holidays. Should you require replacement stocks, please contact Reception.

To Operate the Cook Top:

Select the desired setting by turning the knob for the plate you wish to use. Please note an isolator switch is located in the splashback, please ensure this is switched on prior to use

To Operate the Range Hood:

Pull the range hood towards you, the fan speed and lights are controlled via buttons on the right hand side of the range hood.

To Operate the Oven (located in 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments only):

Turn the dial to the desired temperature. The oven indicator light will come on. Adjust the timer to the desired cooking time. The oven will turn off when the timer stops.

Some models of over require all three operation knobs be in use before oven will operate.

A dishwashing powder tablet is located in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen.

Load the dishwasher with soiled crockery and cutlery. Please ensure the majority of food scraps have been removed first. Place the dishwashing powder tablet into the dispenser on the inside of door and close the dishwasher door.  Turn the dishwasher on and then select the program you wish to run.

The hairdryer is located in the vanity cupboard of each bathroom

An iron and an ironing board are located inside the wardrobe of your apartment. To turn on, turn the dial clockwise and select the desired fabric. Please ensure the iron is turned off when not in use.

iPod docks are located under the TV unit in your apartment. If you require assistance, please contact Reception.

A complimentary 24-hour laundry is located on the ground floor adjacent to the hotel pool area.

All machines are free to use and each guest room key gives access to laundry room should door be closed.

Complimentary washing liquid is also available and can be found in the top drawer in the bathroom, alternatively, you can also collect rom reception. Should you require more or require further assistance, please see reception.

All rooms are equipped with a microwave oven within the kitchen area.

Please do not use metal utensils in the microwave. Place food in a microwave safe dish.

To use: Select the time required and power setting, then press” START”.

Please Note: all crockery provided in your room is microwave safe. Splatter lids are located in all apartments for use.

Your apartment features an LCD television in the main area that has been programmed to receive all digital free to air channels available.

You can activate your TV by pressing the ‘Power’ button on your remote control.  To select a channel, select the ‘Fav’ button and use the up/down arrows in the centre of the remote to move through each option of both free to air and Foxtel channels.

A number of One and Two Bedroom apartments also have TV's located in the bedrooms.

All streaming services, where smart TV is available, must be logged in on your personal accounts.

TV WI-FI CONNECTION

If internet connection on your TV is not working, follow these steps:

1. Go to settings (look for cog wheel)

2. Press 'Network' (purple icon)

3. Press 'WI-FI connections'

4. Press 'QTV' and enter Password - 97979797

Should you experience any difficulty in accessing channels, please contact reception.

Your apartment is equipped with a safety box, located in the bedroom wardrobe.

Please put your valuables inside the safety box and enter a 4-digit code of your choosing. To open the safety box door, enter your code and the safety box will open.

If you forget your safety box code or have any issues, please contact reception by dialling '9'

The information provided in this directory is to assist you when making local, interstate or international telephone calls. Local telephone directories are in the drawer of your desk. Charges for outside calls will automatically be registered to your account. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Reception.

Billing

All local calls are $0.80 per call. Interstate and international calls are billed at house pulse rates.

Dialling an apartment from inside the property

To call another apartment please, simply dial the apartment number.

For apartments ending with the letter ‘B’ replace the 0 with 5 when dialling. For example to call apartment 101B, dial 151.

All apartments ending with the letter ‘A’, dial as seen. For example to call apartment 101A, dial 101.

Dialling an apartment from outside the property

Each apartment can be called directly from outside the property. To find out your direct dial number, please refer to your telephone set or contact Reception by dialling 9. 

To make an outside call

You can dial direct for all local, interstate and international calls. To make an outside call, please dial ‘0’ first before dialling the designated number.

For calls outside Western Australia and within Australia; Dial ‘0’ for an outside line.  Dial the relevant STD code then dial the number required.

For your safety and security we recommended that all visitors register at Reception.

After 10pm no visitors are permitted at the property except for registered guests for the safety and security of all in-house guests.  

No parties or large groups of people are permitted in the apartments without prior approval by Management.

Quest Rockingham has a NO PARTY POLICY. Guest will be asked to leave the property if this policy is not adhered to.

A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided in the One and Two bedroom apartments. There are also complementary laundry facilities on the first floor for the use of all guests, particularly those in studio apartments.  Washing liquid is provided in your apartment, additional liquid  is available from Reception.

Please Note: Front loading washing machines only require half of each sachet contents.

To operate the front loading Washing Machine:

-          Open the door and load clothes into the machine drum

-          Open washing machine detergent drawer and empty one half of sachet content into the left hand side compartment and close drawer

-          Press the on/off button

-          Using the program selection knob, choose the appropriate cycle for your laundry.

-          Press the start/pause button to start the program.

To operate the Dryer:

-          Load clothes into dryer and close door firmly

-          Select the required temperature and time by turning the dial clockwise

-          Push the start/pause button on the condenser dryer

As a complimentary Wi-Fi, no password is required. Simply select Quest Rockingham Wi-Fi, a pop-up widget will appear asking to "logon", select and enjoy fast, unlimited Wi-Fi.
